yEUth had the pleasure of joining the final TPM of the Erasmus + KA3 Project “VISYON” on February 11-12, 2025, in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by our partner, FECE.

The meeting began with an overview of the agenda, followed by updates on the latest stages of project implementation and the completion of any unresolved issues. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key aspects, including the obstacles encountered during the project, overall management and coordination, and an assessment of the achieved outcomes. A thorough review of the sustainability plan was conducted, focusing on concrete strategies to maximize the project’s impact. Additionally, new ways to extend the initiative into related fields through new proposals and collaborative opportunities were discussed.

A crucial topic discussed was the need to collect all required information promptly to effectively organize the final report. For that reason, specific deadlines were set for partners to submit the necessary supporting documents. The meeting concluded with a summary of the action points and deadlines, with all remaining questions answered and final thoughts shared.

This meeting was an integral part of the VISYON project, which aspires to equip young Europeans with the needed resources and space to express their needs, ambitions, challenges, and personal experiences. The core objective is to stimulate an engaging dialogue about the effectiveness of current European policies in meeting the needs of young people and to explore opportunities for improvement. The project is built around the 11 European Youth Goals (EYG) and focused on advancing the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027), targeting three fundamental pillars: Engage, Connect, and Empower.
