Stichting yEUth is proud to announce its participation in the upcoming Erasmus+ Training Course “Erasmus+ Explorer: Training & Synergies”, hosted by Du Grain à Moudre in Cornus, France, from January 17 to 27, 2025. This initiative aims to empower youth workers by enhancing their leadership skills, fostering collaboration, and promoting sustainable practices in youth work.
The Erasmus+ Explorer training course provides a comprehensive program centered on self-development, teamwork, and sustainability in youth work. Participants will engage in workshops and practical activities aimed at fostering cross-cultural collaboration and team synergy, developing leadership and facilitation skills for youth projects, promoting eco-friendly practices and sustainable travel methods, and enhancing communication and problem-solving skills in group settings.
Set in the serene surroundings of Le Grand Gîte du Larzac, participants will immerse themselves in a unique learning experience through group activities, outdoor challenges, and reflective sessions. Shared accommodations and group meals will further nurture a spirit of community and mutual support.
Reflecting on their previous Erasmus+ experience, Maria Navarro Mari, a Stichting yEUth participant, shared:
“The Erasmus+ experience has been very meaningful, I got to know people from all kinds of different backgrounds, enjoy working in teams and discover a new part of the world. These experiences have been very positive since I felt how my knowledge and empathy grew. At the same time, it gave me more perspective about life and it’s different stages and future possibilities. ”
This participation marks another milestone in Stichting yEUth’s mission to empower youth workers and foster international partnerships. We extend our gratitude to our French partners, Du Grain à Moudre, for organizing this meaningful opportunity for growth and exchange.
Stay tuned for updates from France!
