CROSS INTERACTION EVENT ROME

On December 13th, 2024, the Final Cross-Interaction Event of the Erasmus KA3 Project “VISYON” took place in Rome, hosted by the Italian partner CIAPE – Centro Italiano per l’Apprendimento Permanente – at the innovative multimedia space of Europa Experience.

During the event, the young participants of the project and some local young people were invited to participate in an interactive Simulation Game aiming to fully understand the dynamics of the European Parliament and to get into the parliamentarians’ shoes. The experience has been enriched by the presence of Alberto D’Argenzio, the Press Officer at the EU Parliament, who contributed by sharing some insights from his professional background and knowledge. Following, as part of the event, Cinema Room hosted the screening of all 11 VISYON films, created by young participants to shed light on key social issues identified by the 11 European Youth Goals (EYG).

The Final Event, as part of the VISYON project, highlighted the partners’ commitment to empowering young Europeans by providing them with the tools and platforms to express their needs, voice their concerns, and share their stories.  With a strong focus on the three EU core pillars—Engage, Connect, and Empower—the project strives to give young Europeans a voice and actively involve them in shaping policies that reflect their needs, ultimately supporting the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027).

As the VISYON project reaches its conclusion, yEUth is proud to have been part of this meaningful journey alongside incredible partners and inspiring young people from across Europe. Through powerful exchanges, creative storytelling, and active participation, VISYON gave youth the tools to express their realities and ideas for a better future while promoting the European Youth Goals. Although the project is ending, its impact will continue through the lasting connections, knowledge, and motivation it sparked.

At yEUth, we remain committed to supporting young voices and creating new opportunities for engagement, dialogue, and change.
