Hanna Olesiak

Stichting yEUth is happy to introduce Hanna Olesiak. She is a new young entrepreneur whose Erasmus journey took her from Krakow, Poland to the Netherlands. Hanna has a rich background in social sciences and a passion for people and creativity.

Hanna studied Applied Psychology at Jagiellonian University in Poland. Her academic studies taught her a lot about human behaviour, which helped her design her career path.

She started her own jewellery business. She ran her business for a year, finding out that she could mix creativity with good business sense. This experience made her determined to succeed as an entrepreneur by focusing on value and creativity.

Before starting her own business, Hanna worked as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, where she learned a lot about how to find and grow talent.

Hanna is dedicated to creating inclusive and understanding environments where everyone feels valued. She is also passionate about the environment. She includes sustainable practices in her personal and professional lives, which is why her attitude and values are directly aligned with the values of our work as a non-profit organisation, the European Values of promoting entrepreneurial skills and the work of youth empowerment.

As she says: “I’m very passionate about connecting with people and always strive to understand different perspectives. In my free time, I love creating small artworks, sailing, exploring new hiking trails, and discovering fun, sustainable ways to live—I’m especially fond of clothing swaps!”

We are welcoming Hanna to our team at Stichting yEUth. As she continues to make new paths and inspire others, Hanna reminds us all that with passion and determination, every step can lead to a meaningful impact.
