Let's find entrepreneurs

Dissemination Event in Leiden

On 24 March 2025, we hosted a dissemination event as part of the Let’s Find Entrepreneur’s project. This initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ KA2 program, brought together youth workers and aspiring entrepreneurs to share the project’s findings and tools developed over its duration

The event focused on addressing the unique challenges identified within the Dutch context, such as overcoming a lack of motivation for entrepreneurship and navigating complex tax regulations. By presenting the Methodological Manual, we provided youth technicians with a “blueprint for success” that emphasises personal development and emotional resilience. Participants engaged in discussions about how to move from the “overflow of choices” in a stable labor market toward a path of intrinsic motivation and sustainable business practices.

A central highlight was the introduction of the project’s e-learning training. This digital resource is designed to empower young people to develop personal projects and improve their employability through flexible, “learning by doing” modules. By making these materials accessible at the grassroots level, the event ensured that the knowledge gained during the project continues to support the community long after its formal conclusion.
