Preparing for the Erasmus+ Youth Mobility YOUTHCODE Kick-Off Meeting

Exciting times are ahead for our international partnership! Following our recent coordination call, the selection process for participants will soon officially begin for the upcoming Erasmus+ youth mobility, taking place in beautiful Conegliano, Italy. From 23rd February to 2nd March 2026, young participants and group leaders from across Europe will come together for a week of learning, collaboration, and intercultural exchange!

A Step Forward in Partnership & Preparation

The project is a collaboration between Mano Europa (Italy), CSA Cooperativa Sociale (Italy), United Vision (Finland), Embaixada da Juventude (Portugal) and us- yEUth (Netherlands)! Together, we are planning to create an unique experience focused on personal growth, active citizenship and European cooperation.

The mobility will be hosted at Campus San Francesco in Conegliano in northern Italy. The nearest airports are Treviso (TSF) and Venice Marco Polo (VCE) which makes this location easily accessible for all international teams.

Once the participant selection is finalized, we will hold three online pre-mobility sessions throughout December and January. These sessions will focus on getting to know each other, exploring the program content and preparing both logistically and mentally for the week ahead.

This preparation phase plays a vital role in creating a shared understanding among all partners and participants setting the tone for an engaging and well-organized experience once we meet in person.

Looking Ahead to Conegliano (we can’t wait!)

With participant selection underway and preparation sessions coming soon, the excitement for this Erasmus+ youth mobility is building. In just a few months, participants from across Europe will meet in Conegliano to learn, collaborate, and create lasting connections – in the true spirit of Erasmus+.

We look forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to February. Until then, best of luck for the upcoming selection process and hopefully see you soon in Italy!
