REVIVING THE ART OF TRADITIONAL TRADES”

Stichting yEUth is pleased to announce its participation in the Erasmus+ Training Course “Reviving the Art of Traditional Trades,” which was implemented in Obón (Teruel), Spain, from 12th July 2024 until 19th July 2024 by the host organization Equipo Mandragora. During this enriching project, participants had the chance to learn new manual skills related to traditional techniques such as wickerwork tying and pottery. The magnificent surroundings and traditional location of the project contributed to the special learning experience in practice.

For six days, participants engaged in lectures, workshops, and practical activities that not only expanded their knowledge but also allowed them to create international networks for future cooperation. The project was a great success, providing all participants with valuable knowledge, competencies, and new experiences. The Dutch team returned home enthusiastic, inspired, and motivated. We sincerely thank our Spanish partners for creating such an impactful project!

Petter from the Dutch team shared his experience: “I really loved the project. I have learned a lot from all of the workshops that I did during the training course. I am sure I will use the skills that I have learned during this project again. Furthermore, I have met a lot of great people, and I have had an amazing time being part of this training course.” Mert, also representing The Netherlands, shared his testimony: “It was an eye-opening project. I realized that I spent a lot of time on the phone. It will leave a positive mark on me”
