After participating in an Erasmus+ project in Delft, the Netherlands, I organized a dissemination workshop to share my experience and knowledge. The session was attended by 10 girls interested in learning how to organize their own Erasmus+ projects.

The main focus of the workshop was risk management. I explained how to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and find practical solutions. I also shared insights on planning and implementing an Erasmus+ project, based on my experience.

The workshop was interactive, and participants actively engaged in discussions and group activities. By the end, they gained a better understanding of project organization and felt more confident to take part in future Erasmus+ opportunities.
