On March 25th, 2026, we hosted the final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the One Life Many Endings (OLME) project in Leiden. Bringing together all project partners, this meeting marked an important milestone—a moment not only to review what has been achieved, but also to reflect on the journey we have taken together. The atmosphere was both focused and reflective, balancing practical coordination with a shared sense of closure.
From our perspective, the meeting served as a space to consolidate the project’s outcomes and ensure a strong and coherent final phase. Together with partners, we reviewed the overall progress, assessed the quality of results, and aligned on the remaining steps toward the final report . This collective effort highlighted the strength of the partnership and the commitment of all organizations involved in delivering meaningful work for young people.
A key part of the discussion focused on the final reporting process. Responsibilities were clearly distributed among partners, with a shared agreement on timelines and contributions. As Stichting Yeuth, we took on the role of collecting and reviewing dissemination materials and ensuring that all outputs meet the required standards, including communication and visibility elements . This phase emphasized the importance of structure, coordination, and attention to detail in bringing the project to a successful close.
Alongside the administrative aspects, the meeting also created space for forward-looking conversations. Through a roundtable and co-design session, partners explored follow-up ideas and potential future collaborations. This exchange allowed us to move beyond the end of the project and consider how the concepts of End Education can continue to evolve and reach new contexts . For us, this was a crucial reminder that while the project may be concluding, its impact does not end here.
What stood out most was the shared understanding that this TPM was not just a formal requirement, but a meaningful closing moment. Much like the themes explored throughout OLME, endings are not simply final points—they are transitions. This meeting reflected that idea, bringing together reflection, completion, and the opening of new possibilities.
As we move into the final reporting stage, we at Stichting Yeuth carry forward both the results and the relationships built throughout this project. The final TPM reaffirmed our belief that collaboration, reflection, and shared purpose are at the heart of impactful youth work—and that every ending, when approached with intention, becomes the beginning of something new.
