These ten unforgettable days in Asturias during the project FEARLESS were all about connection with people and with nature. We learned from one another, discovered what a truly healthy lifestyle means, and enjoyed the breathtaking surroundings together.

The most special moment for me was the vivac: hiking up a mountain where we slept under the stars without tents. We built a campfire and watched the sunrise, a magical experience. It became even more memorable when I woke up to the sound of pigs nearby – a real adventure!

Throughout this journey, I gained many insights, but two stand out the most.
First, the positive energy within the group. Everyone started each day with enthusiasm and a smile. It made me realize that happiness isn’t about money or work, it’s about being together, staying active, and having trust in life.

Second, I had deep conversations with participants from Ukraine. Their openness about the war touched me deeply. Despite everything, they showed so much motivation and joy it was both moving and inspiring. It made me aware of how real and close these situations are, and how valuable this experience truly was.

This project is something I will never forget.
