We are thrilled to announce the launch of #FACT! (It’s a FACT: Fostering Awareness and Critical Thinking in Media Literacy to Combat Fake News!), a 12-month Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to equipping European youth workers with the essential tools to navigate today’s complex digital landscape. Coordinated by Stichting yEUth, this project will bring together 38 participants from nine countries—the Netherlands, Finland, Greece, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Türkiye, and Slovakia—for an intensive training course in Ommen, Netherlands, starting in September 2025. By blending critical thinking with digital media literacy, #FACT! aims to empower youth workers to effectively monitor and combat disinformation, ultimately fostering a more resilient and informed youth community across Europe.
