Our Handbook Now Available for Free
We are happy to announce the publication of our new handbook, Be Online, Be Safe – A Guideline about Cyber Security for Young People, which is now available on our e-library and free to access for everyone. This handbook has been developed as part of the Connecting Minds for Digital Tomorrow initiative under ESC Programmes and responds to the growing need for clear, accessible guidance on digital safety, media literacy, and responsible online behaviour.
Designed especially for young people, students, and youth workers, the handbook offers practical tips on cybersecurity, password hygiene, online scams, and how to respond to digital risks. It also addresses timely topics such as misinformation, disinformation, and AI ethics, helping readers better understand the digital world and navigate it with confidence. The content is presented in an easy-to-read format, combining explanations, real-life examples, and self-reflection exercises.
By publishing this handbook in our e-library, we aim to ensure wide access to reliable information and support digital empowerment at the grassroots level. Readers are invited to explore the handbook, share it within their communities, and use it as a learning resource in workshops, classrooms, or everyday life.
Access the free handbook now via our e-library and start building safer digital habits today. You can find our handbook here:
