On the 7th of December 2024, the preparatory meeting for the Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchange project “Cultural Storytelling Canvas: Crafting Narratives for Inclusion, Democracy, and the Environment!” (#culturalstorytellers) was successfully conducted online via Zoom. The session was organized by the coordinating organization Stichting yEUth in collaboration with partner organizations from Greece, Slovakia, Spain, and Turkiye.

This online PV marked a critical milestone in the lead-up to the main youth exchange, which is scheduled to take place in Schaijk, the Netherlands, in March 2025. Representatives from each partner organization took part in the meeting, contributing to discussions that aimed to ensure a well-coordinated and efficient implementation of the project.

The agenda of the meeting included review of partner responsibilities and team roles, logistical planning and accommodation details, clarifications of reimbursement procedures, review of the planned activity schedule for improvement or adaptation to meet participant needs and discussions of health and safety measures.

The PV enabled all partners to align on expectations, clarify administrative and practical matters, and confirm their readiness for the implementation phase. It also facilitated a constructive dialogue on how to best support participants in exploring the topic (culture variety, environmental issues and digital transformation) through non-formal learning.

With the groundwork established during the PV, the project is well-positioned to deliver a meaningful and impactful exchange experience for all involved.
