Stichting yEUth is proud to have participated in the Athens Youth Conference, held in Athens, Greece, from October 16 to 19, 2024. This dynamic event brought together young leaders from across Europe to amplify their voices on human rights, with a specific focus on immigration.

The conference built on insights from the earlier “Defending the Right to Humanity for All” mobility in Nice.

Over four days, participants engaged in interactive workshops and discussions, tackling challenges and proposing solutions for immigration-related issues. These activities explored the integration of human rights education into schools and community initiatives, empowering marginalized groups.

The collaborative environment fostered meaningful connections and concrete outcomes.

Luka from the Dutch team shared her testimony: “The Athens Youth Conference gave me a new perspective on immigration challenges. I feel empowered to take what I’ve learned and apply it to creating solutions back home.”
