PROACT! - Third Mobility implemented ONLINE

We are excited to share that Stichting YEUTH successfully hosted the 3rd mobility of the PROACT project, which was conducted online and brought together young participants from Greece, Spain, and the Netherlands.

This online mobility spanned three interactive sessions between June 6th and June 26th, 2024, focusing on the theme of digital activism. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, participants explored how digital tools and platforms can be used to drive meaningful social change.

The mobility kicked off with an introduction to social media campaigns, supported by real-world case studies demonstrating the impact of digital activism. Participants then explored social and political issues close to their hearts — such as mental health, sustainable fashion, and phone addiction — and began shaping ideas for campaigns that could make a difference.

During the practical sessions, participants learned how to plan, design, and present digital campaigns using creative strategies and accessible tools. They worked in groups to develop detailed campaign concepts, which they presented to their peers and facilitators, receiving valuable feedback and support.

The final session featured an open discussion and Q&A, allowing space for reflection, exchange of ideas, and clarifying any remaining questions. By the end of the mobility, participants had gained both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to confidently design and manage their own digital activism initiatives.

We’re proud of this milestone in the PROACT project and grateful to all the young people who participated and shared their energy, creativity, and vision for a more connected and active digital society.

Stay tuned for more updates from Stichting YEUTH and the PROACT journey!
