Stichting YEUTH is happy to announce the successful implementation of the Online and Onsite parts of the 2nd Blended Mobility for the “PROmote digital ACTivism through digital tools” (PROACT) project in Sevilla, Spain!

The Online Mobility took place on the 3rd and 4th of March 2024 and focused on introducing participants to digital storytelling techniques. Young people gained new knowledge, skills, and competencies related to creating impactful digital narratives.

During the Onsite Mobility, which was held from the 9th until the 12th of March 2024, participants had the opportunity to put theory into practice by working collaboratively on digital storytelling projects. They applied the techniques and tools first introduced during the online sessions.

Throughout the Online Part, participants became familiar with video-making tools, creative storytelling methods, and platforms such as Canva to design compelling digital content. They explored how storytelling can be a powerful tool for digital activism and engagement.

In the Onsite Part in Sevilla, participants from Greece, Spain, and The Netherlands deepened their practical skills by using video production tools and Canva to create short storytelling pieces. They engaged in hands-on workshops, teamwork activities, and creative challenges, strengthening both their technical abilities and their critical understanding of digital media narratives.

This second mobility experience has successfully empowered young people to become more confident digital storytellers and advocates for positive social change through digital platforms.
